I want to help you live a happier life. There are many reasons why people come to see me and I take every reason seriously. I tailor treatment for what's best for you to move forward in a way that is productive and conducive to your own joy. Maybe you are feeling especially anxious lately. Maybe you are currently learning about your gender or sexuality in ways that are new for you and exciting yet scary. Maybe you just need to feel heard. Whatever it is, you can come into my office and I will always treat you with warmth and respect. I will never judge you for who you are or what you are going through. I will be there for you.
All people have the capacity to face challenges and respond to difficult times and feelings. If you suffer with ruminations, depression, anxiety, or even that nagging voice that says that you aren't "good enough," I can help you find happiness and peace.
I call this "relationship therapy" rather than "couples therapy" because loving partners can come in all forms. Together, we can learn new validation and communication skills which can lead to a much more peaceful and fulfilling relationship.
Family Therapy can significantly improve the communication of the family unit. This can be especially helpful when a family is under stress or going through a transition.
